James immigrated to Western Australia in 1982 with his parents, from Jersey in the Channel Islands, In 2020 he relocated from the Perth Hills to Secret Harbour with the desire to live by the coast. A keen basketball supporter and beach fisherman, James can often be found hunting the “silver ghost” (mulloway), that the area is renowned for. James is a self-proclaimed carnivore, often boasting of his culinary skills when cooking the perfect scotch fillet.

James has been selling in some way or another his entire working life and entered real estate in 2008. He has achieved many franchise and REIWA awards over the years, and prides himself on his old school work ethics and responsiveness to enquiries.
