She has built her career from the ground up, having worked across some of Perth’s most well-known hospitality venues—progressing into roles that involved managing entire operations and assisting in the opening of brand-new establishments. This background has given her a deep understanding of what it means to create seamless, client-first experiences.

At Semple Property Group, Alana is a key member of the Property Management team. She plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping daily operations on track—managing maintenance requests, coordinating with trades, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her ability to juggle multiple priorities with clarity and care makes her an invaluable support to both the team and the clients she serves.

Alana’s passion for people and service is matched by her enthusiasm outside of work. A dedicated foodie, she loves creating new dishes in the kitchen and discovering hidden culinary gems and small bars around Perth—especially those with great wine lists. In her downtime, you’ll find her either binging her favourite TV series or out on adventures with her partner. She also cherishes time spent with her young nephew, whom she’s lucky enough to share a birthday with.
