About Gavin

Gav has always had a passion for helping others and solving problems, which is what started him out in a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy. But the property landscape always interested him and, in 2017, Gav began selling luxury apartments part-time. Joining Semple full-time in 2021, he hasn’t looked back.

Specialising in residential home sales, Gav’s hands-on experience sets him apart; he’s ventured into triplex developments and has personally bought, built, and sold multiple properties. Gav serves the entire Perth area, with expertise in Piara Waters and Harrisdale.

A true sandgroper, Gavin was born in Attadale, and has always been a South of the River boy. Outside of work, Gav loves spending time with his wife Kate, having a kick of the footy with sons Charlie and Max, and hanging out with Churro the Cavoodle.
