Kirstin has been immersed in the world of property from day one. Her childhood was spent observing the evolution of Soulla Semple, one of Perth’s most prominent and successful real estate agents, who also happened to be her mum.

In 2005, Kirstin harnessed the passion and knowledge she had absorbed from her exposure, striding confidently into the industry. Accruing deep firsthand insights and demonstrating a flair for innovation and service, Kirstin’s reputation as a driven, dedicated, dynamic real estate professional was quickly established.

Following the birth of her first child in 2013, Kirstin took the leap into business ownership and co-founded Semple Property Group. She worked tirelessly to grow Semple from the ground up and is today recognised as an authority and inspiration in Perth real estate. Kirstin has a unique combination of experiences in the industry, from administration and office leadership to the pure sales skills in her blood.
