- Registries of Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Medicare

We do not receive copies of government records. We receive only a verification result indicating whether the information matches.

10. Biometric Information

- the collection and use of biometric information for identity verification where applicable;
- verification of your identity through the DVS; and
- disclosure of relevant information to authorised identity verification providers and, where applicable, tenancy database providers, referees and other parties involved in assessing your tenancy application.
If you choose not to provide the information or consents reasonably required for these purposes, we may be unable to verify your identity, assess your tenancy application, comply with our legal obligations, process your application, or provide you with some or all of our services.
Where we seek your consent for optional purposes, such as receiving marketing communications, your decision is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our communications or by contacting us. Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect our ability to provide our services to you.
